IN THE KITCHEN

 

Chef Edwin’s love for cooking started at a very young age. Having this love and passion for cooking has him drawn towards wanting his own restaurant. Over the years, he has worked in many amazing kitchens along side Michelin star chefs who have helped him grow into the chef he is today. With these experiences and all the knowledge that he has gained from his mentors, he has been able to grow and create his own style and cuisine. He was born and raised in Napa, a place where some of the most well known fresh ingredients are grown. Having all of these ingredients so close to home makes it easier for him to create these custom menus that you are able to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

Chef Joseph’s culinary journey started in his grandmothers kitchen. As a child he was always in the kitchen helping her. His best memories are when they made tamales together for the holidays. This is actually where the name tiny table came from. His grandmother would work on the kitchen table while he had a tv tray which they called his tiny table. They had the best conversations and  memorable moments. He attended the Culinary Institute Of America in Napa CA where he received a degree in culinary arts. After attending the CIA he worked in his hometown working under skilled chefs picking up knowledge and techniques.  He started Tiny Table because he wanted to recreate the moments from his childhood with his grandmother. He wanted to bring people together and create lasting memories while of course enjoying a delicious meal.
